I have finally made the decision to do what I need to do to get the weight off. In a healthy way of course. I have been working out with my handy dandy WII. I love the Gold's Gym workouts. But I think I may have accidentally tossed my WII board. I am an addict to Kick/Cardio Boxing. I am going to be doing cardio out of my house and some weight training as I have the sand balls and some weights but only 2lbs. I lost 4.8lbs last week as of today by working out only 8-12 minutes a day M-Th. I am going to workout in a few as I am heading to the parents house and some of you know how that is. Go there, and fail on you diet. Especially if your parents are Polish like mine. I try to say no but I take whatever she gives me, mom that is. And what I can freeze I do and what I can't I reorganize in my fridge by date order to make sure I eat it before it expires. I'm on a tight budget like most and I am also single. It sucks but thank goodness cause I got paid and out of that money, all I have is $45 left. I have food in the house but not "super" healthy. It just means I will have to work out more if I go over my calories just to balance out. At this time, I am on Day 9 and have been keeping a blog to track my feelings and outcomes. This is a journey just like my Dodge Journey has taken me places. I wish all those beginners a fun and learning journey. The words Good Luck don't seem appropriate as to me it sounds like a failure word. But happy journey cause we all learn things about ourselves. Especially the moment when you see a calorie amount on certain foods you love. I sure have. I just now need to focus on the sugar intake in my foods. That might be what is hurting me. But as long as I have protein in each main meal I hope not to turn to junk.
