New to myfitnesspal

Hi everyone! My name is Katrina and I was with WW for a year. I decided to go off of WW because I went vegetarian/vegan and they didn't have the nutritional information I needed. I was a little nervous about quitting it because I did really well with it (went from 215 to 155), but it was starting to overtake my life a little too much. I was getting really stressed about weighing in every week. So- my excitement is that since I've been doing myfitnesspal in the last month or so, I've lost another 6 lbs and am not nearly as stressed out about the number on the scale. I'm focusing more on making sure I meet my nutritional needs and staying healthy. It's exciting that it's possible to live a healthy lifestyle without being obsessive!
