Over the past ~23 months I have lost 20 lbs, and I only have 5 lbs to go to hit my initial weight goal of 128 lbs. I’m trying to get there by 05/12 since that’s my 2 year anniversary from starting this journey. Not sure 128 lbs is the weight I’ll be comfortable at, but I think once I get there I’ll be focusing more on improving strength and mobility than on weight loss. We’ll see. The next 5-6 weeks will be tough. Losing 1lb per week is a stretch.
