The difference 14lbs can make (pics)

Hello all! I am a 27 year old SAHM. About a month ago I decided to take control of my health. I'm tired of hating my body and feeling bad about myself.

I have been eating 1900 calories or less a day. My diet isn't super restrictive. I still indulge in "bad" foods on occasion, just don't allow myself to go overboard. I have also been doing two or three 10-15 minute workout sessions a day.

Anyways, here are my progress photos. I think I lost most of my weight in my hips and belly. I didn't realize how much smaller my stomach had gotten until I compared. I've got fresh motivation after seeing how much I've changed after only 14lbs. Take pictures! Even if you hate the way you look I promise you'll thank yourself when you can look back and see how far you've come.

Oh and in case anyone is curious I am 5'4" and my SW was 265. Also feel free to post your pictures as well! Seeing other people's pictures is so inspiring.
