Introducing myself

Hi there! My name is Chelle and I am in Arizona. I've been on a weight loss journey for awhile now. I've lost 110 pounds, and have 100 more that I want gone. My biggest struggle, according to my coach and dietician, is that my body has been used to the low calories and so my metabolism SUCKS. They say it nicer, but still..

I'm 46. I have 3 kids, who are all over 18 now. I work fulltime, and work way too much. I became one of the peloton people in November, which has been great.

    Wow! Great work so far! 100 pounds is amazing.

    I’m skeptical about killing your metabolism. If you still have 100 pounds to lose, you should lose just fine on 1200 calories. Maybe do some research on reverse dieting?
