2 weeks new...and learning

I have been tracking my food and exercise for 2 weeks now, but have neglected the other tools till tonight. With my daughter in bed early I have fully explored this site and I have fallen deeper in Love with it. I hope to meet women with similar goals as my own, to lose weight and stay healthy and most importantly happy.

Glad you are learning the site and using it to your advantage! I just started at the first of June and I am so happy that I can just jump on here and keep track of what I eat and how much I exercise each day! Good luck with your journey!!0

Wow, 18 lbs since the begining of June. I am so jealous. Its coming off slow for me, I began at 244 June 2 and Im 232.5 as of yesterday morning. Im hoping the food diary keeps me accountable.0
