Progress since joining my fitness

I've never really been serious into health till I turned 40. A friend of mine suggested this site and ever since I've begun tracking my calories and logging everything I've noticed improvement. I'm eating healthy and I've been consistent with both diet and exercise. I'm close to averaging 2lb loss per week and just want to share my progress. I feel better at 40 than I did 10 years ago.
