My daily protein goal is 120 grams. If I want to get it only from chicken breasts, then how much chicken should I cook everyday?
Does raw and cooked chicken have same amount of protein?

You weigh it by raw weight. A chicken breast raw has the same amount cooked. The amount doesnt change just because of cooking.1

Chicken breast (raw) has about 27 grams of protein per 100 gram, so to get 120 grams of protein from chicken breasts only, you'll need (120/27=4.44 X 100) 444 grams of chicken. At an average of about 150 grams per breast (raw weight), this works out to about ~ 3 chicken breasts (444/150=2.96).2
