Logging canned tuna/salmon

How do you log your tuna or salmon? Squeeze out all liquid then weigh in grams ?

    My can of tuna says on the side= calories per can, drained or not.

    There's an interesting series of cookbooks, Vis uit Blik (Fish from tin). Really tempted to get them one day. Anyway... tins should say now much drained fish is in a tin.
