All the recipes state how many servings. BUT , they don't state how much a serving is.
What's the standard for ea serving?

If the recipe says it makes 4 servings, then a serving is 1/4th of the recipe. There's no "standard" universal quantity that constitutes "a serving."
I usually use the recipe builder and use the weight of the finished dish in grams as my number of servings (i.e., 1 serving = 1 gram, so 3254g of chili is 3254 servings), then weigh my portion and log that number of servings. It looks a little weird to see "600 servings" of something in the diary, but the math works out. Sometimes, if the recipe makes a discrete number of units of food (like meatballs or something), I'll use that for the number of servings.2
