Hi,
I'm a senior who has had several medical challenges in the past few years including cancer and joint replacements. Last year I was diagnosed with COPD (chronic bronchitis) and a rare lung disease, Bronchiectasis. Any kind of aerobic exercise leaves me out of breath. I've gained quite a bit of weight and I don't recognize myself in the mirror.
I'm looking forward to starting and getting back to my ol' slim self.

    Welcome to MFP. Sorry to hear you are struggling with a new condition, life changes like that can be very difficult to navigate. The upside is alot of people have success by just managing what they eat with little or no exercise, so don't let it hold you back!
