Sideways pictures and unloadable ticker?

Hi MFP Pals. Looking for help. I'm back and looking to update my photo but every photo I try to load is sideways - even when turning them sideways and uploading those - they stay sideways. Also I've updated my ticker but it won't show progress on my profile page. Is it just me? Does it only work correctly if you're premium? Please help and thanks in advance.

    mfp works when it wants to work.

    neither of the features you are using are premium only features.

    for the photo, have you tried logging out, rebooting phone (or restart PC), and logging back in? also if on a pc, clear your cookies.

    Working when it wants to work - I have noticed that. :( It is free so I guess I get what I pay for. I suspect if I went Premium everything would work wonderfully. :) Thanks for responding.

    My ticker won’t load.....I can’t comment on any of my friends posts either - so end up writing on their feeds... sometimes my comments change language too and tonight I cound’nt add new friends either
