Vegan keto diet for weight loss

I’m starting a vegan keto diet for weight loss. I don’t want to include any soy (tofu etc) because of health and digestibility factors. Any suggestions are helpful. I have physical challenges limiting my ability to exercise beyond a low amount.

Working out simple meal plans that adhere to requirements is challenging. Juggling Approximately Daily 30 grams carbs, 120 g fat, 128 G protein.

    You want to do vegan and keto purely for weight loss, no other reason?
    I think you're making things needlessly complicated (especially that combination of diets!). All you need for weight loss is a calorie deficit = eating less than your body burns.
