Hi,
In the past 3 years I have gained 30 lbs having lots of difficulty trying to lose. Any help or advice welcome.

    Welcome!

    Start with logging all your calorie containing food and drinks, every day.
    Then at least you have some data to go on.

    If you work out your rate of weight gain you will see you haven't been in much of a surplus over those three years and it should be easy to spot some ways to trim some calories off your intake.
    Smaller portion sizes or substitutions or eliminatng/reducing some snacks - there's loads of options available.
    You also probably have options around increasing your calorie output too.
