Trying to stay fit without injury and diet is a big part. I have overcome metabolic issues but it is a constant fight. In the past I have failed in managing it because I had to stop working out after injury. I figured myfitnesspal would be a good way to have balanced diet -- not overdoing anything and at the same time not neglecting anything. And hopefully the body repairs itself well.

That sounds like a good plan. For me (I'm kinda old, got a late start), trying to stay fit is most successful when I phase in new things gradually, think about how the complement my existing routine (like, I need to avoid adding things that have too-similar physical stresses), and make sure I build appropriate recovery into my schedule. Adequate nutrition for sure is a part of that.

What's your fitness plan or routine? Have you been doing it a long time?

Wishing you healthy fitness and nutrition improvement!
