Stuck On A Plateau

Hi - My name is Sandy and I'm trying to loose those last 15 lb. I am an artist so I spend a lot of time in the studio sitting or doing less than exercise. And now it shows.
Have started a whole food challenge and loaded up on lean proteins and veggies to keep me going!
Any ideas on how to nudge those last lbs off - sneak exercise into my busy day - more whole food recipes -- is appreciated.

Hi, Sandy.
The last fifteen are the hardest. Best advice I can give is really put your shoulder into weighing accurately and logging every last little bite.

Thanks, this is helpful! I was already trying to fit in more EAT each day but challenging given a tight schedule. It's the NEAT that might really help make a difference!
