Busy Student/Working Mommies Needed!

So Ive taught ballroom and cotemporary dance for many years. I struggle with finding the exact calories I need to loose the extra pounds. After my son (Hansel) (and no I am not having a daughter named Gretel...lol) I gained almost 60 pounds!! woooaa! I have lost a little more than half but still need the other half to go! The exercise is no problem it is just the foooood! See, I am Latin, we latin have high sugar, and flavorous food! Between work, school and exercise and my beautiful son, it is hard to concentrate on how many calories did I loose and how many do I need to still establish weight loss. Moral of the story, I HATE Plateaus. Add me hopefully I can make great friends and motivate each other. Thanks for reading! ;)

    Feel free to add me, my kids start school in September, I.m currently a stay at home mum but will be a working mum after Christmas when I find a job! I.'ve got those months to get fit!!
