I am struggling some days to meet my protein micro without going over some of the other micros. Is that really a problem? Should I strive for getting all the protein and sort of ignore (not intensely) the other micros? I'm just eating healthfully and not following any plan. Also striving and meet 1500 cals a day. Eating more protein my result in overages in calories and other numbers. Need advice - thanks!
