LOOKING for friends for accountability

HELLO! I have been doing Keto, and one meal a day, while going to the gym everyday for 30 mins and try to walk 6,000 steps a day. I keep my protein high. I have lost 43 lbs so far and want to lose 20-40 more. Then I want to increase calories so I can gain more muscle. I would love friends to join me!
