Reflections from this past week

Hello my MFP friends! I’m just checking in on how my week went. I lost 5.2 pounds and I left the 300s and am now a member of the 200-pound club. While I am excited that I have achieved that mile stone, I’ve been here many times before and this is when I tend to struggle and my weight goes back up into the 300s. I don’t know why that happens but that’s been the history. I want to head down this time and not up and could use your motivation and support. I’m thinking back on this week pre-tracking is the thing that really helped me and most days I stayed within my calories. I am going to see a comedy show with some friends tonight and I’m feeling anxiety and hoping I fit in the chairs. One day I’d like to not worry about that anymore. That’s what will keep me going this week. Thanks, everyone! I hope you all have stellar weeks! <3

Why do you struggle at that weight?

@L1zardQueen...Good question...I’m not sure why I struggle at that weight. Maybe it’s the milestone of going from the 300s to 200s, perhaps.

When you get there, let me know. I’ll walk you through it. It’s just a number. Hugs

@L1zardQueen I’m made it to 296 this week, so I’m in the 200s now.

That’s great. And how do you feel?

Don’t think about the big picture. Pick another goal like losing another 10 pounds.

Good suggestions. Thank you. I’ve set a new 5-pound goal and posted that in a couple places in the house to remind me. I feel a little lighter and my knee pain is a little less.
