Hello my MFP friends! I’m just checking in on how my week went. I lost 5.2 pounds and I left the 300s and am now a member of the 200-pound club. While I am excited that I have achieved that mile stone, I’ve been here many times before and this is when I tend to struggle and my weight goes back up into the 300s. I don’t know why that happens but that’s been the history. I want to head down this time and not up and could use your motivation and support. I’m thinking back on this week pre-tracking is the thing that really helped me and most days I stayed within my calories. I am going to see a comedy show with some friends tonight and I’m feeling anxiety and hoping I fit in the chairs. One day I’d like to not worry about that anymore. That’s what will keep me going this week. Thanks, everyone! I hope you all have stellar weeks!

@L1zardQueen...Good question...I’m not sure why I struggle at that weight. Maybe it’s the milestone of going from the 300s to 200s, perhaps.0

Don’t think about the big picture. Pick another goal like losing another 10 pounds.1 -
Good suggestions. Thank you. I’ve set a new 5-pound goal and posted that in a couple places in the house to remind me. I feel a little lighter and my knee pain is a little less.3
