Started using this again to track food (help my doctor figure out some GI issue) and be conscious of what I’m eating. The last year I’ve put on 15lbs. Gyms closed and had no motivation or desire to workout at home. Also, just plain from being lazy! But, I’m back on my bike, eating better and looking forward to being”trim” again.

Welcome!
Lazy? I call it "efficient." Why put off until tomorrow that which can be deferred indefinitely.
Of course fitness and weight management don't fit into that model, and today is the BEST day to start. Good for making that step! Give yourself time to slowly take that 15 pounds back off. It is completely within reason; take a good pace, and set a good calorie target with a small deficit and try to get close to that target every day (or at least on average for the week) instead of trying to lose a lot faster.
What strategies are you using to assure you stay at your calorie goal?
Enjoy the bike rides; they are awesome. I think even playing that guit-fiddle will burn some calories, and either make people happy or annoy them.0
