Workout programs at home with a schedule ?

I am looking for a workout program to follow at home. I am looking for a mix of strength training and cardio.

I know there are tons on YouTube and such but I do better when I have a program to follow.

Appreciate any suggestions!

It depends on your starting position and what you like doing...
Following threads like "what youtube workout did you do today" will give you great ideas.
I create playlists of resistance bands workouts (mainly HASfit) and cardio dance (Popsugar) for indoor stuff and walk/cycle/yoga with Adriene for alternate days.
    My week usually looks like:
    M - resistance
    T - cardio
    W - resistance
    T - cycle
    F - resistance and walk
    S - cardio/bike
    S - walk and yoga.
As of tomorrow, I'll be alternating swimming with yoga and resistance bands. Oh, and I also tend to do one workout video for a week, then swap it for another so that I get used to moving with correct form then challenge my brain and body with another vid.

Sydney Cummings and Caroline Girvan both have really good month long programs on YouTube.
Sydney posts a new workout daily. You can purchase the calendar if you want to know what the plan is in advance, but it's not necessary. Just get in YouTube and do the workout each day.
Caroline posts her schedule and all of the workouts needed on her channel.

Do you have any equipment or will it all need to be bodyweight?

The nike fitness app has great home workouts. You input the equipment you have, goals etc and it gives you daily workouts.

Can second Caroline Girvan. I'm working through her EPIC 1 program right now, although slower than intended.

Jessica Smith also has 4-6 week plans on her website, tells you the links for each day on youtube to use.
