Coming back <3

Been a while away, but I’m back and wanted to share my journey this time. So here I am:

Mother, wife, stay at home mom with a side business reading tarot and oracle, no gym membership (yet), I’m latina and Scottish and mean into that heritage for food a LOT and want to eat and build for a body I love that makes me feel alive. I eat everything and anything (IN MODERATION) and drink about a gallon of water a day.

I am 5’7” and last Sunday (Easter) I weight 224. Today, I weigh 220. I workout a full body circuit no equipment 3 days a week, walk 5 days a week, and go do something outdoors once a week as exercise.
