I am on my second day and just had a binge any tips on how to avoid that?

Some people use it to mean they just ate more than they wanted to, while in other cases it's used to refer to things like Binge Eating Disorder. The two situations require different types of responses.0 -
Sorry that my news is not good but.... will-power. There is no magic unfortunately and my best advice is to keep focused on why you want to lose weight.
I have a photo of me in my kitchen plus a couple of notes to remind me that I do not want to have to do this ever again. I also do not keep what I consider to be treat foods in the house.
And of course when you do fall off the wagon, brush yourself down, put it behind you and get back with the programme.0
