Will eating like this force my body to lose weight?

I've been trying to lose weight since I was 13. I started off as 180 lbs and when I was 15, playing varsity volleyball, I went down to 165 lbs. Ever since then I have been trying to lose 15-20 more lbs but I haven't been able to. I ended up getting depressed and I am now 175-180 lbs again at age 17. I am actually quite upset. I have been trying to get back to the 160s all summer and have eaten the recommended 1800-2000 calories a day for teenagers but I haven't been able to lose anything, even with exercise, and I am quite fed up.

I am in my senior year of volleyball and we do 2h30 min practices and I want to take advantage of it. was wondering if eating a meal plan like this:

1 cup of oatmeal with fruit or 2 eggs with a piece of fruit (breakfast)
Piece of fruit (snack)
Salad with some chicken/turkey or broth or a green smoothie (lunch)
Granola or granola bar or carrots (snack)
Salad with some chicken/turkey(dinner)

along with the 2h30 min practice 5 days a week for 3 months, will I lose 25 lbs? People have told me that it is unhealthy and I need to eat more but at this point I am doubting if that will be the case for me.

I'm not sure how much we can really help you here. MFP is designed for 18+

    That being said,

    1) Are you weighing your food or are you just going off the package recommendations? Weighing your food will give you a more accurate caloric count.
    2) Log your food on MFP (or sparkteens, or wherever) everyday, consistently. Make sure you add in condiments, gum, drinks, etc.... I mean EVERYTHING
    3) DO NOT, for any reason whatsoever cut your calories UNLESS your pediatrician/family doctor has given you the go ahead to do so. You are still growing and you don't want to do unwanted damage to your body.
    4) Talk to your parent(s) and express all of your concerns. I 100% guarantee they will want to know and they WILL help you. No parent in this world wants their child to be unhappy, so as crappy as it sounds to have to go to your mom and dad about something, you need to suck it up buttercup and sit down with them for a serious conversation. Just go up to them and say "Hey mom, after dinner can we have a serious talk about something?" and I guarantee you she will say yes.
    5) I don't know what you're eating, but eat lean proteins (like chicken, turkey, fish), lots of veggies, fruits, full fat cheeses, nuts, greek yogurt, etc.

    Hope this helps. Good luck.

I agree with the poster above. Also, you don't list any dairy, so I would worry about your calcium. No red meat or spinach/kale, so you need to think about iron as well. Soy milk is actually a good source of calcium if you don't like dairy. Whenever you have a snack, like fruit, carrots, or granola bar, make sure it has a protein or a little fat with it. For example: apple and cheese stick or a banana with 6 almonds, carrot stick with a little hummus or cottage cheese/ greek yogurt.

I would strongly recommend that you ask your parents to make an appointment with a nutritionist or a dietitian who can help review your current diet and what your goals for the future may be. Sometimes your goals may be unrealistic -- sometimes they are fine, but someone who is able to look at everything big and small will be able to give you a much better answer then those of us here.

You do have to be careful to make sure you are taking in adequate calories and nutrients so a balanced and varied diet is important.

As previously stated YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO BE HERE but that being said, weight alone is a pretty irrelevant number. Height to weight ratio is what is important. . As for me, I was very skinny at 182 at 17 years old but if I were 5'4 that would not have been the case.
