BODY FAT DURING 'SHARK WEEK'

I'm just curious.
During this time of the month, I retain a lot of water and get very puffy.
I know scientifically body fat wouldnt change during this time, however, if measuring with calipers, would the extra bloat not affect measurements??

By ratio or proportion? Perhaps...yet any measurements you take are always true only for that given point in time.
That's the "you" you were then, but not the "you" you are now (imagine a GIF of the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland here seeing as I'm too lazy to actually go look for it)
If this anecdote helps, I take my measurements on the 1st/15th of each month. Time interval is the constant. I note any variables like ("2nd day of period") on my tracker.4
