My 28 day challenge

Hello, I am back! Successfully lost over 6 stone after my daughter was born however I am now floating at the top of the range of a healthy weight for my height and so I am back and on a mission. My own challenge is to honesty log my food diary for 28 days, I will be sharing it at the end with a qualified nutritionist to get personalised advice of what is good and where I can make improvements, my diary is open so please comment with your thoughts!
