Looking for feedback - give me your tips and tricks!

Hi everyone,
Just hoping some of you lovely successful weight loss gurus can help me out.
My diary is open, so I'd love if you could give me some feedback on how I'm doing. The past month my progress has stalled (I lost 0.2lbs a week ago, but otherwise, zip) and maybe someone can point out if I'm doing something wrong or if I just need to be more patient.
Here are my stats:
5'9"
150lbs (and stuck)
24.3% body fat, aiming for 22%

I would like to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 140lbs (baby is 14 months old)
Help?!
