Besides eating vegetables and fruit for snacks. What do all you eat for snacking that doesn’t raise your sugar?

    -Nuts (by far the most common for me, we have several types of nuts, in a variety of flavors)
    -Cheese
    -Keto Fat Bombs
    -PB, straight off the spoon
    -turkey sticks - like Slim Jims, but made from turkey
    -Salami
    -smoked salmon with dill sauce and/or honey mustard
    -Chia pudding

    I don't worry about raising my sugar, but my most common snack foods are jerky, cheese, nuts, and fruit.
