Hi everyone! I just started up a new challenge to try and thought I'd post it on here in case others would like to participate in too. The rainbow of Health Challenge is a fun way to eat some fruits and veggies while making it fun and creative!
Here are the rules:
-You can eat as little or much fruits and veggies as you like but it has to be to the days theme! (Example: Day one is red so I would eat some fresh tomatoes, baby red potatoes, strawberries and watermelon)
-Try to eat at least one new food during this challenge, even if it's just a bite!
-Record your fruits and veggies in your meal diary on this app and take pictures if you'd like to help encourage others to take on this challenge
-This has to be in order so the challenge will go like this:
Day 1: Red
Day 2: Orange
Day 3: Yellow
Day 4: Green
Day 5: Blue
Day 6: Purple
-And lastly, feel free to discuss more ideas to shake things up to make this challenge even more fun! Share your experiences and results from this challenge too 💯💪
