Hi, all! So, I started Barre3 online a few weeks back. I suffer from high stress due to a genetic mutation. I LOVE cardio but can't do anything high intensity due to cortisol issues (complicated). I digress.....
Are there any other members here that do Barre3 online? Barre3 has online support groups but it's only for its studio members. They are taking feedback to create a Facebook group online but it hasn't happened yet so I thought about starting one here if anyone else was doing it to motivate each other.
