Im feeling better than I have for over 20 years! Tired of yoyoing and looking to find a few other motivated folks to connect with and share fun ideas and gain some accountability etc! Started lifting last year VS so much cardio and it worked. Now to reduce my midsection. Trying keto for a few months. Not sure how to add anyone.....any tips appreciated Thanks!

I'm 53 I do mostly cardio rn but will be starting a lifting routine soon. I tried Keto for awhile but it didn't do well for me (I lost weight but I also lost half my hair and it messed with my thyroid - dont be discouraged tho...everyone is different!) I wish you the best of luck!!0 -
I did keto once it dud work but cant do it again due to hubby's diet issues. Good luck.0
