Hello! I am back as a newbie with some serious goals to become healthier, stronger, lighter and more fit. I have a total of 100 lbs I want to lose. I am looking for support from those who are like in their goals. Healthy eating, exercise and support that goes both ways. I am 57 years old and would appreciate women who are in the 45-65 age range because I think we will have more in common. Is there anyone out there who would like to jump on board with me?

Hello Springchicken
My name is Lisa and I just joined MyFitnessPal recently too.
I practice the keto diet. I lost 35 pounds (was 158), with exercise, approximately 5 years ago
and maintained an average weight of 135. I am desperate to get back down to 130, so my
clothes will fit, but have stalled. I know it's primarily due to not moving anymore. Literally,
not moving. I used to walk 1 mile every morning with my two dogs and at least 1 mile in
the evening. Now, my dog (lost one last October) is lucky if I take her out once a week!
I'm looking for motivation and challenges, but am finding it a bit challenging posting to the
right group and finding out how to see if there are responses to my posts. Anyway, long
story longer, I'd be happy to be a contact source for you to help with motivation and anything
else that may help you get on track to your goals!0
