Introduction

Last year I went from 190 to about 160. This year I gained back to 184. Now I’m at 174 but want to be back to 160-165. Trying to gain some muscle too. I am doing something called the gerson therapy, it’s a diet to fight disease. I’m not strict but 90% of what I do is this. Once I lose the weight I will still juice but not as much. Need some accountability though, if anyone needs help with accountability I’m here to help as well.
