How can I change from serving to other measurements. I don't know what the serving size people use are.

It's best to 1. Find a database entry that uses grams. 2. Buy a digital food scale. 3. Weigh everything in grams.
On the one with "serving" click "Nutrition Info" and then, "No" when it asks if it's correct. Then edit it, then it will be in your MY FOODS.
Alternately, if you can't find one with the measurement you want, you can create your own new food for the database. Go to "Help" at the top of any page for instruction if you don't know how.
