Anyone else having problems eating enough when not eating junkfood?

My bad habit was to not eat much during the day and then eat way to many calories for dinner and snacks in the afternoon.

The problem now is that I'm continuing not eating much in the morning, because I'm not hungry. But now I don't eat an entire pizza when I come home, followed by chips and candy. And I'm having some problems eating enough. I'm not hungry, but is there any way to bulk up meals a little until I figure out how to eat more meals?

It just takes practice to build the new habits. Be sure to include fats. Snack on nuts, add avocado, cook with olive oil, add an egg. These things add calories without adding bulk.

I did for a bit. I'd just over-corrected and switched to/added too many low or no fat or light versions in my diet. All it really took to fix the issue was adding back or swapping to - ie: regular mayo, butter that wasn't reduced calorie country crock, and full fat cottage cheese/yogurt/cheese, regular bread instead of the low calorie bread, whatever.

And you know, sometimes I eat a candy bar.

    No big deal.
