Weight loss journey

My name is Jennifer soderquist I go by Jenny I am 36 years old and I started my weight loss journey April of last year I've been doing my weight loss journey for a year now for a while I was getting some progress of losing weight now I am right back where I started I don't know what I'm doing wrong how I decided to start a liquid diet see if that will help so if it doesn't help I don't know what else I'm going to do cuz I want to get my bypass surgery but I want to try to live from weight before I do and if I don't I guess I'm going to just have to get the surgery and hopefully that helps

    Perhaps a liquid diet will work well for you, but really any way of managing calorie level can work. To lose weight, I just started by logging what I was eating, then reviewed my log regularly to see what changes I could happily make.     But each person's "best path" is different, I believe. I'll bet you can find yours. Being practical, and personalized (to each of our preferences, strengths, limitations) . . . those things are a big deal, I think.
