Weekend Motivation

I just started back a few weeks ago after almost a 10 month hiatus. I am doing good during the week but come Friday I start to lose my motivation and if I don't go to the gym or exercise outside I don't really feel bad about it. Then come Monday when I get back on the scale and realize that I haven't lost anything its frustrating. How do you stay motivated on the weekends?
