Looking to set up an exercise chat support group

Hi y'all

I'm really getting fit this year and I love it. But I have found i cant talk to my friends about it - they tease me about stealth boasting or just have no idea about the mundanities of exercise.

I would love to build a little group of motivators and support sharing where we can discuss these things!

For the record I'm not a "gym bunny"! I just like to run, cycle, kickboxing and pilates.

SW 220lbs Dec 2020
GW 165lbs
Now 189lbs Apr 2020

So I'm not slim and athletic per se, just keen!

    Some of my questions include:

    How often did you start with weights? Is more better than heavier?

    Is cardio 6 days a week too much?

    What sports bra recommendations do you have?!

    Etc!
