I'm needing help. I'm 43 yrs old. 5'3 and around 128lbs. I'm wanting to do a cut. When I did a calculator online these are the results I got:
Calories: 1257 protein: 126g carbs: 126g fats: 28g. I have a really hard time meeting my protein goals. O generally don't eat breakfast (just have a cup of coffee). Can anyone show me examples of their meals that have similar numbers to mine? I need ideas. Thanks!
