New to MFP

Hi everyone ๐ I'm Holly. I'm 39, an office worker, artist, and gamer. I've been with my guy for 21 years this July.
Most of my exercise consists of us walking our two rescue dogs after work each day.
In early 2010s I lost around 40lbs, but unfortunately gained it all back plus some... now to get to my final goal weight of 135 I need to lose 75lbs. ๐ฉ
My motivation comes in spurts and I also have a horrible sweet/bread tooth so I usually have a hard time sticking to anything for long, but after seeing myself in the mirror this evening before bed.....I really want to change that.
I don't want to be embarrassed of full body pictures anymore or having to adjust my head just right to hide my extra chin.
I'm hoping to find some friends on here for a little extra oomph.

Welcome aboard. Walking is great. Keep doing that, but I'd also add in some weights. Maybe get some dumbbells and find a YouTube video for a dumbbell workout. For food, I'm the same way, but I try to track my calories each day to stay under my daily max. I'm not letting go of ice cream. Get a fitness band if you don't have one and hit your goals each week. I track the following: activity minutes, daily steps, stairs, calories burned and distance.1
