I changed my goal when I actually started using the app two weeks ago. Luckily I'm short, but with the goal weight at 157 kg, it set my goal to gain 0,25 kg a week, and my calorie goal as 2100. I thought it was high, but didn't question it. I also didn't manage to eat that much when actually eating healthy.
I am back on track. Will try to read more carefully in the future.

I've not done that on MFP - but I have managed at work to enter patients weight and height in reverse places.
The software does an automatic BMI calculation - I've picked it up when the tall slim man in front of me gets a BMI of 200.3
