Schwartz Packet Mixes - Calories...

Hi everyone! I've purchased the schwartz sauces to make chilli con carne, but I make it with 5% Fat mince, chopped toms, onions, and 1/4 can kidney beans with brown rice. The calories on the schwartz packet seem really high, and I don't understand how it can be when it's just a packet of spices? According to google the packet has 106 calories in total, but then on the back it says 257 calories per serving and I'm confused. Do I just log my ingredients as I would normally then allow 106 cals on top? There is so much conflicting information.

If so, one bag is 128 calories. (The calories per serving are for a dish prepared according to their recipe, I think).

The first two ingredients are flour and potato starch, I'm guessing that's where most of the calories are coming from.
