Starting afresh

Hello, I have jumped back on MFP in the last few weeks to really help me be accountable by recording everything as it’s so easy for me to underestimate everything from portion sizes to types of meals or, conversely, overestimate how much exercise I have done. Joining a national social media group has been really helpful in motivating me to check in weekly. Now one month later and I am fast approaching the first 10kg loss milestone. This has been an accumulated effort from switching my diet to anti inflammatory in the past two years and getting a job which counteracts my sedentary distance learning lifestyle. Plus, constantly checking my health to provide more fuel for the motivation 🔥. I am hoping to connect with a small handful of people who share some commonalities and almost a quarter of the way to their goals for added motivation. It has been a key part for me sticking to my routine for a month and hopefully will be for others also. My next goal is sticking to it for 3 months! Wishing everyone the best of luck and look forward to hearing some motivational stories from others for today, past week, past month or longer!
