    Just one tip.......................to stay consistent just be consistent. Once you create the new behavior, you don't need much motivation at all. Think of brushing your teeth. How much motivation to you really need to do it? When you think of controlling your calories and doing a little physical activity a day as just a lifestyle you'll continue forever, it's not that hard to be consistent.

    @ninerbuff wow that’s a good advice especially since I am A dental hygienist and I always tell patient to brush their teeth haha
