This is an open challenge, everyone can come and go as they please

    Let's see if I can achieve this. I have a bonus this month because I ate salty food two days in a row at the end of April. I have three methods - keeping active, tracking my food and exercise.

    May 1st 93.5 kg = 206.13 lb
