I am veteran 62 yrs. old. Back and knees are not as good as they used to be, have a mechanical valve and had two hernia surgeries. I am hoping to loose weight.

Hi, y’all.
I fixing to be 59, started here at 56, nearly 100 pounds overweight. Recently retired, I decided to make “myself” my full time job, improving my eating, exercise, and mental health (attitude adjustment!). I am now in a healthy weight range, and if something hurts or aches, it’s earned honestly, and I can identify the cause.
Weight loss helped with GERD, fatigue, joint pain, stiffness, and more.
You can lose the weight if you weigh your food accurately, and log honestly, staying within the calorie goal you’ve determined for yourself.
