hey lovely people.
I have alot of weight to lose and in general i dont like to exercise. what do i mean by that? I walk everywhere so as such o get quite a bit of exercise in that respect but to go to the gym for instance would be an hour and a halfs walk to the gym then a workout then walking home... it seems a long time just to workout.
I am looking for suggestions as to a sport or club i could look into where i can learn more about it as i get better. I have an interest in ballet however classes are only once a week. So i could still do ballet but would need to find something else that happens once or twice a week as well.
Any suggestions?

zumba, belly dancing, and pole fitness are my top three
pole dancing requires so much strength and is extremely physically demanding on the body and makes it stronger fast. I fell in love with pole fitness a year ago and had a pole put in my house which is super easy, plus it is perfect for those off days when you feel down and just wanna dance0 -
awesome thanks! ive enquired about karate as my son would like to do that. so maybe ballet and karate once a week each and then zumba belly dancing at home0

I was going to say karate or other martial arts. Most will have classes 2-3 times/week. You would likely have to commit to 2/week. But you might love it!
What about riding a bike?0 -
i have ear problems so my balance isnt that great especially when cars go past etc. i was fine in the country but here id probably be run over. exercycle i could deal with tho0
