Wow! I really blew my diet today. I have lost 28 pounds so far and people are starting to comment on how thin I am getting.... Feels pretty good. Today I threw caution to the wind and went WAYYYY over my usual calorie count. Breakfast lunch dinner and a snack!!! Felt even better...
Now this is not to give anyone any false hope that a diet for life is still required to not gain back all you have lost. I know this and I accept it. Simply put, I had a wonderful day and now I am back on the wagon. It's great to eat 2500 calories and feel like you really cheated the diet... Spirits are up and weight is still down. Come on world, HERE I COME!!!

Yay for you. I reckon it's really healthy (for body and mind) to do that once in a while0

Good for you. As long as you get back on track that is the main thing. I enjoy a good cheat day as well 0 0

I am a binge eater and find it hard to stop once I start the binge. I had lost and maintained for over 9 months and then went on a binge that I did not stop for a few months!!! I am now back on track and feel sooo much better. I know my weakness is a glass of wine that turns into a bottle that turns into over eating. I know the trigger and have stopped.
Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin (and fitting into my new clothes!!!)0
