NSV I got out of bed!

Ok, while getting out of bed normally isn't a cause for celebration for me.
This morning I got out of bed at 4:45am, got dressed and took the dogs for a 2km walk before showering and heading into work (Damn early work start!)
This is part of my new routine, hopefully the first day was/is the hardest.

Congratulations!
I now get up earlier - having slept better at night - and go workout too so that I make sure I get it into my day!
